Damen Ganze, an associate attorney at Mason Law, was born in Sacramento, CA, and raised in Castle Rock, CO. A first-generation college graduate, Damen earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During college, he gained valuable experience in estate planning, sparking his passion for helping families preserve their legacies. Damen’s favorite part of being an estate planning attorney is giving clients comfort and confidence, knowing their legacy is preserved and their families provided for. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, camping, and fishing.
Rich Arzaga, CFP®, CCIM, grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area during the rise of technology and Silicon Valley. His first jobs out of college included working on the launch of PC World Magazine (one of the first computer magazines in history) and The Computer Show (the first TV show on computers). Rich has been a financial adviser for 19+ years, working as an advice-only, flat-fee Certified Financial Planner®. His work with small business owners and real estate investors has helped his clients improve their financial positions by, in many cases, millions of dollars. When he is not kissing his dogs on the mouth, Rich loves to attend Major League Baseball games. He has seen games in all 30 parks.
"I went to a dinner event hosted by Mason Law. I was very impressed with the presentation. I learned a lot and feel that I am taking the right steps at the right time. Not to mention, we got free dinner. I truly think everyone would benefit from attending this event, regardless of your age! Your future self and family will thank you."
"Paul, his associates, paralegals, and other support staff provided an excellent experience during our estate planning process. They walked us through every step of identifying assets, prepared incredible documentation, and have even continued to follow up to ensure we're taking all necessary steps post formation of our estate. We feel cared for and protected with Mason Law & Planning. You will too."
Our dinner seminars usually runs 60-90 minutes and is presented while you are having dinner.
No, this event is complimentary and includes dinner. You will not be asked to buy anything at this event.
Well, that varies based on the complexities of your situation. Unlike other estate planning attorneys who charge $350-$450 per hour, we charge a flat fee. We provide a complimentary initial consultation and then will provide you with a flat fee quote to prepare your estate plan.
Many people who attend our workshops already have some type of estate planning in place. They should use our dinner seminar as an opportunity to re-evaluate their choices or to feel more confident that their existing plan will fully protect them.
