HANNAH MARMARO
Associate Attorney
Hannah is an attorney licensed in Colorado and New York. Born in Montana and raised in Colorado Springs, she has lived in eight states and two countries, giving her a unique perspective and appreciation for the importance of family and planning for the future.
Hannah earned her B.A. (Hons) in English Literature and History from Newcastle University in England, a Master’s in Victorian Literature from the University of Oxford, and her Juris Doctor from Penn State Law. She enjoys helping families create lasting plans while building meaningful relationships with her clients, and has a particular interest in the intersection of business planning and estate planning.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys baking, cooking, reading with her cat, cross-stitching, and spending time with her boyfriend and sisters.
NATHAN JOHNSON
Reverse Mortgage Specialist
Nathan started his career in 2002 as a Reverse Mortgage Specialist. After assisting his parents with a Reverse Mortgage and seeing its impact on their lives and retirement, he recognized the value of specializing in Reverse Mortgage lending solutions. These solutions help clients achieve peace of mind, financial freedom, and a greater sense of purpose in retirement.
He soon realized that many people he had met had a negative perception of reverse mortgages based on what they had heard or read. He identified that the main challenges faced by most mature homeowners were incomplete information, pressure selling, and general confusion about the program. Nathan provides accurate education and seasoned advice to combat the myths, misinformation, pressure selling, and general confusion about the HECM Reverse Mortgage refinance and purchase programs.
He is passionate about making a difference in the lives of mature homeowners by educating them about their Reverse Mortgage options for refinancing their current home or purchasing their next home. He understands the many pressures surrounding finances concerning longevity, sustainability, and the legacy they want to pass on.

Well, that varies based on the complexities of your situation. Unlike other estate planning attorneys who charge $350-$450 per hour, we charge a flat fee. We provide a complimentary initial consultation and then will provide you with a flat fee quote to prepare your estate plan.
What if I already have an estate plan?
Many people who attend our workshops already have some type of estate planning in place. They should use our dinner seminar as an opportunity to re-evaluate their choices or to feel more confident that their existing plan will fully protect them.
