Damen Ganze, an associate attorney at Mason Law, was born in Sacramento, CA, and raised in Castle Rock, CO. A first-generation college graduate, Damen earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During college, he gained valuable experience in estate planning, sparking his passion for helping families preserve their legacies. Damen’s favorite part of being an estate planning attorney is giving clients comfort and confidence, knowing their legacy is preserved and their families provided for. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, camping, and fishing.
DENISE OLSON

I have lived in Colorado for close to 15 years, I’m originally from Virginia Beach. I love the ocean, but the mountains were calling to me. I love that there are thousands of hiking trails right in our backyard! My goal is to hike more 14ers with my husband and kids. Prior to getting my real estate license, I was a physics teacher and licensed insurance agent. It is my passion to help support and educate people. I take my time to make sure all of my clients understand the home buying and selling process so that they are comfortable and feel confident in their decisions.I am very active in my church and in my community. My family and I believe in service and giving back any chance that we can. Whether that is volunteering for our homeless community, CityServe Day, or helping our veterans, which is very dear to my heart. Well, that varies based on the complexities of your situation. Unlike other estate planning attorneys who charge $350-$450 per hour, we charge a flat fee. We provide a complimentary initial consultation and then will provide you with a flat fee quote to prepare your estate plan.
What if I already have an estate plan?
Many people who attend our workshops already have some type of estate planning in place. They should use our dinner seminar as an opportunity to re-evaluate their choices or to feel more confident that their existing plan will fully protect them.
