Associate Attorney

Troy is an admitted attorney in Montana, Colorado, and Ohio. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University and relocated to Colorado shortly after. Since joining the Mason Law Team in 2022 as an associate attorney, he has gone above and beyond to build strong relationships with his clients and specializes in helping them navigate the probate process. Troy understands how important it is for families to get back to the important things in life. When he isn't working hard for his clients, Troy can be found exploring the beauty of the mountains or enjoying a cold beer at local breweries and restaurants with friends.

VINCE PALERMO

Family Service Manager

Vince Palermo was raised in the Midwest in Cleveland, Ohio. He earned a degree in
Marketing from Michigan State University before beginning his career with AT&T at its
corporate headquarters in New Jersey.
He later relocated to Colorado to earn his Master’s degree at Colorado State University.
Following this, Vince spent nearly a decade in active ministry, an experience that
continues to shape his approach to serving others. In 2008, Vince joined Olinger’s, where he found a meaningful way to combine his
background in business with his calling to serve families. Vince is especially passionate
about working with families in advance of need, helping them plan ahead and ease the
burden during difficult times.
Vince has been married to his wife, Kristin, for 26 years, and together they have four
children. The Palermo family enjoys all that Colorado has to offer, including skiing,
hiking, and spending time outdoors together.

Well, that varies based on the complexities of your situation. Unlike other estate planning attorneys who charge $350-$450 per hour, we charge a flat fee. We provide a complimentary initial consultation and then will provide you with a flat fee quote to prepare your estate plan.

What if I already have an estate plan?

Many people who attend our workshops already have some type of estate planning in place. They should use our dinner seminar as an opportunity to re-evaluate their choices or to feel more confident that their existing plan will fully protect them.
