Paul is the owner and lead attorney at Mason Law. Developing and protecting relationships are at the core of his work. Since estate planning should be treated as more than a transactional business, Paul treats you and your assets with the utmost care – just as he does his own family. Paul is a husband to an amazing woman and father to four sweet children and considers estate planning to be an indispensable part of all of their futures. He carries this deep passion for protection and secure futures into the company and the work we do for you.
Winston Eldridge is an Enrolled Agent (EA), a federally licensed tax professional authorized by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before the IRS. This designation reflects his deep expertise in tax law and his commitment to ongoing professional education.
With more than four years of experience in tax planning, preparation, and accounting services, Winston has worked at large national firms, small CPA practices, and everything in between. This diverse background has equipped him with the knowledge and versatility to serve a wide range of clients — from individuals with complex financial situations to business owners with growing enterprises.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing a Master of Taxation, furthering his ability to provide high-level, strategic tax solutions.
Beyond his professional life, Winston is a devoted husband and father of four. He enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, camping, or road cycling. His personal philosophy is inspired by Jim Rohn’s words:
“Don’t wish it were easier, wish you were better. Don’t wish for less problems; wish for more skills. Don’t wish for less challenge; wish for more wisdom.”
"I went to a dinner event hosted by Mason Law. I was very impressed with the presentation. I learned a lot and feel that I am taking the right steps at the right time. Not to mention, we got free dinner. I truly think everyone would benefit from attending this event, regardless of your age! Your future self and family will thank you."
"Paul, his associates, paralegals, and other support staff provided an excellent experience during our estate planning process. They walked us through every step of identifying assets, prepared incredible documentation, and have even continued to follow up to ensure we're taking all necessary steps post formation of our estate. We feel cared for and protected with Mason Law & Planning. You will too."
Our dinner seminars usually runs 60-90 minutes and is presented while you are having dinner.
No, this event is complimentary and includes dinner. You will not be asked to buy anything at this event.
Well, that varies based on the complexities of your situation. Unlike other estate planning attorneys who charge $350-$450 per hour, we charge a flat fee. We provide a complimentary initial consultation and then will provide you with a flat fee quote to prepare your estate plan.
Many people who attend our workshops already have some type of estate planning in place. They should use our dinner seminar as an opportunity to re-evaluate their choices or to feel more confident that their existing plan will fully protect them.
