ADAM KLEINMAUS, CPA

Principal

Adam is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants with expertise in the real estate and nonprofit industries. In his role, Adam consults with real estate developers and property managers on proposed developments, developments in the construction phase, and property management issues. He advises on income tax, deal structuring, and operational issues. Adam’s experience also includes working with entities receiving Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and Certified Historic Structure (CHS) Tax Credits.
Adam also works with owners of affordable multifamily housing developments on tax and accounting projects, including financial statement audits, partnership tax return filings, cost certifications, and various agreed-upon procedures services. He has valuable experience with the unique reporting requirements for these entities, including United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements, Rural Development requirements, and single audit requirements for nonprofit organizations.

Principal

Evan Conroy is a Principal at SVA Consulting with more than a decade of experience helping businesses improve operations, plan for growth, and navigate leadership transitions. His work focuses on the operational realities of succession planning, including process continuity, leadership readiness, and the practical use of data to support long-term decision making.
Evan regularly works with family-owned and closely held businesses, where succession planning is deeply connected to day-to-day operations and culture. He brings a pragmatic perspective to how emerging tools like AI can support operational insight, knowledge transfer, and scalability without losing sight of people or practicality.
Drawing from experience across startups and established organizations, Evan is known for helping owners turn strategic intent into executable plans that support continuity, resilience, and legacy.

Well, that varies based on the complexities of your situation. Unlike other estate planning attorneys who charge $350-$450 per hour, we charge a flat fee. We provide a complimentary initial consultation and then will provide you with a flat fee quote to prepare your estate plan.

What if I already have an estate plan?

Many people who attend our workshops already have some type of estate planning in place. They should use our dinner seminar as an opportunity to re-evaluate their choices or to feel more confident that their existing plan will fully protect them.
